Basic introduction

The pre insulated pipe is a kind of heat resistant pipe used for district heating and cooling by transport hot water and chilled water.

The carrier pipe is 20#seamless steel pipe with DN≤150 and Q235B spiral welded carbon steel pipe with DN≥200

steel standard:API, ASTM, DIN, GB or any other standard as customer's request.

The thermal insulating material of the pre insulated pipe is high density cfc-free polyurethane foam

density ≥60kg/m3

thermal conductivity ≤0.033W/mk

The outer jacket of the pre insulated pipe is hdpe pipe or galvanized steel jacket.

PE material:PE100

PE density ≥940kg/m3

surface treatment:corona(to improve the adhesive with the polyurethane foam layer)

Appplication range:

Product application：Heat supply, cooling supply, anti-corrosive in the field of crude oil transportation, thermal insulation pipeline engineering.

Medium temperature：≤120℃（Accidental peak＜140℃）。

Medium pressure：≤2.5MPa。

Laying mode：It is mainly used for direct-buried laying, and can also be used for ditch or overhead laying pipeline.

Our factory located in Yutian industry Zone,TangShan City, Hebei Province, China. A bout 1.5 hours drive time to Beijing and TianJin airport. 

You can take a plane to Beijing or Tianjin. Then we could pick up you at the airport .

3: How do we control our products' quality?

We have professional quality control workers and quality inspection center(CNAS lab)  to control the entire production quality.     

4: How do you transport these products?

We use straps to hoist pre-insulated pipes, it can avoid no damage to our products, no hooks for lifting pipe directly. During the handling process, collision, tossing and more ground drag scrolling are strictly forbidden.

In the process of long distance transport, the pipes should be fixed, and not damage outer protecting pipe sand insulating layers.

20 Container is ok with 5.8 meters length.

40 Container is ok with 11.8 meters length.
