Medium: hot water、steam、hot oil、hot material and so on.
Medium temperature:less than 350℃
Medium pressure:Hot water, steam medium not exceeding 2.5MPa. Other media are determined according to the special requirements of the medium.
Laying method:Mainly used for direct buried, and can be used in trenches and overhead.
Directly buried environment:The underground water level is lower, and the buried depth of the pipeline is above the water level line.
Cold environment: the recommended depth is below the frozen soil layer

1.The working steel pipe adopt spiral welded pipe or seamless steel pipe, and the specific requirements shall be carried out in accordance with the design document.
2.The outer surface of the working steel pipe is wound with aluminum silicate felt, which is used to reduce the friction between the working steel pipe and the hard insulation layer.
3.The outer layer of aluminum silicate felt is composite calcium silicate tile, which is used for the first layer of pipeline insulation. The insulation material has advantages of high temperature resistance, good heat preservation effect and long service life.
4.The outer surface of calcium silicate tile is wound with an aluminum foil reflector to resist thermal radiation and effectively reduce the interface temperature of polyurethane insulation layer.
5.The polyurethane insulation layer is made of high quality polyurethane raw materials to ensure that the thermal conductivity is not more than 0.033 W / m. K, the temperature resistance of the insulation layer is not less than 140 centigrade degrees Celsius, and the service life is more than 30 years.
6.The outer protective layer with galvanized iron coating is made by factory, and its forming process is cold coil spiral bite, which ensures the strength and sealing of the outer protective layer.

Our factory located in Yutian industry Zone,TangShan City, Hebei Province, China. A bout 1.5 hours drive time to Beijing and TianJin airport.
You can take a plane to Beijing or Tianjin. Then we could pick up you at the airport .
3: How do we control our products' quality?
We have professional quality control workers and quality inspection center(CNAS lab) to control the entire production quality.
4: How do you transport these products?
We use straps to hoist pre-insulated pipes, it can avoid no damage to our products, no hooks for lifting pipe directly. During the handling process, collision, tossing and more ground drag scrolling are strictly forbidden.
In the process of long distance transport, the pipes should be fixed, and not damage outer protecting pipe sand insulating layers.
